JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE daughter of the petitioner, namely Suvarna Krishnan was found missing on 11.3.2012. Later, it was revealed that Suvarna Krishnan had gone with the additional fourth respondent.

(2.) THIS Court passed several interim orders. For quite few days, Suvarna Krishnan was in the Santhinikethan hostel, as per the direction issued by this Court. On 4.5.2012, this Court passed the following order:
