(1.) PETITIONER is the guarantor of a loan availed of by the third respondent. On account of default committed, SARFAESI proceedings have been initiated and the property mortgaged by the petitioner is proceeded against. It is at that stage, seeking an instalment facility, this writ petition has been filed.
