(1.) THE petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

THE grievance of the petitioner, as projected in the writ petition, is with regard to the steps pursued by the respondents allegedly for causing measurement of the property of the petitioner, fixing boundaries in such a way as detrimental to his interests, which made him to approach this Court by filing this writ petition, raising the prayers as aforesaid.
