JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner had filed W.P.(Crl.) No.376 of 2008, which was disposed of as per Exhibit P3 order dated 4th March, 2009. For the sake of convenience, the order dated 4th March, 2009 is extracted below :

(2.) COMPLAINING that the first respondent did not comply with the directions in the order dated 4th March, 2009 and the undertaking made by her, the petitioner has approached this Court again. According to the petitioner, his minor child Aditya was illegally detained by respondents 1 and 2.

(3.) THE learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the first respondent brought the child Aditya to India and the minor child was with the petitioner from 2.5.2012 till today. It is also stated that the child was handed over to the first respondent today.
