JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is a society who wanted to start a nursing college. THE Government refused to issue no objection certificate for the same. It is under the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) THIS writ petition has not been admitted yet. It came up for admission on 1.12.2005, on which date, the petitioner was directed to produce the order mentioned in prayer No. 2.
