JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS in both the writ petitions seek a writ of habeas corpus for production of the very same alleged detenue, namely Smt. Liji Jose. In one case, petitioner is the mother of the alleged detenue and in the other case, the petitioner is the husband. We had passed Order dated 07.03.2012. We had sent the alleged detenue to the Santhi Nikethan Hostel, Near Lourdes Hospital, Pachalam, Ernakulam. We had noted in the said Order that the alleged detenue does not want to go with her husband. We had further noted that she does not want to go with her mother, and that she is residing in a hostel.

(2.) PURSUANT to the said Order, the alleged detenue was produced before us today. She reiterates her stand and she would say that she would like to go and reside in a hostel at Kadavanthara, Ernakulam. Since there is no illegal detention established, we close both the writ petitions.
