KKHARIDAS Vs. HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners are security guards and sweepers employed on daily wages by the Hospital Development Societies of the Medical Colleges in the State of Kerala. THEy seek continuance in service till the age of superannuation in terms of Ext.P1 judgment in identical case involving similarly placed employees.

(2.) I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.
