JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the grievances raised in Exhibit P3 representation with regard to the text book in History for Class VIII students. THE relevant page containing the objectionable part, viz; page 116 of the text book is produced herein as Exhibit P2.

(2.) IT is submitted that the contents therein are clearly incorrect in the light of the teachings and messages of Sree Narayana Guru and the principles which have been professed by Guru during his life time. Therefore, the text now given is a poor reflection of the same, it is submitted.
