JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner intends to marry one Smt. Joshny Jose who is the daughter of Sri.Jose P.J., Palliparambil House, Mannanthuruth, Varapuzha. Both are Christians by religion and belongs to the Roman Catholic Church. The petitioner intends to take his wife to Dubai to live along with him. They intend to register their marriage in terms of the Cochin Christian Civil Marriage Act. The respondent in the writ petition is the Marriage Registrar.

(2.) This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction commanding the respondent to accept the original of Ext. P3 notice of intended marriage and to solemnise the marriage of the petitioner with said Joshny Jose immediately on completion of four days from the date of Ext. P3 notice.

(3.) It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the notice was not accepted by the respondent for want of orders from this Court. This writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
