JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the widow of one Shri Dominic, a fisherman. He was a member in the first respondent-Board with membership No.598 of Alappuzha District. The incident which led to his demise occurred on 30.11.2000.

(2.) THE police had registered a crime as Crime No.183/2000 of the Mararikulam Police Station and Exhibit P2 is the copy of the charge sheet. Exhibit P3 is the copy of the postmortem certificate.

(3.) EVEN though the Writ Petition was pending for the last five years, even now the amount has not been sanctioned or disbursed to the petitioner.
