JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by Ext.P9 stop memo issued by the Village Officer.

(2.) IN Ext.P9 stop memo it is mentioned that the petitioners are making constructions in Re-survey Nos.276/3 and 276/4-1, particularly, for a plywood company which is described as nilam. Further mention is made therein about a communication from the Revenue Divisional Officer.

(3.) IN para.4 of the writ petition it is stated that the properties owned by the petitioners are dry land having more than 10 coconut trees of more than 25 years of age. Both the properties are lying adjacent and surrounded by rubber plantations on three sides and one existing plywood factory on the other side. Ext.P8 series of photographs have also been produced. Ext.P10 is the copy of the draft data bank which gives the details of the properties of the petitioners as dry land.
