(2.) THE appellant, who was the sole defendant before the trial Court and appellant before the first appellate Court, challenges the decree and judgment passed in the suit for recovery of money, as confirmed in first appeal.

(3.) THE trial Court decreed the suit, which was confirmed in appeal by the first appellate Court.
