JUDGEMENT

(1.) EXT.P24, a conditional order of stay passed by the Tribunal in an appeal filed by the petitioners is under challenge in this writ petition.

(2.) A reading of Ext.P24 shows that the stay was granted subject to the petitioners remitting `5,00,000/- and furnishing security for the balance. Appeal also has been posted for final hearing.
