(1.) THE petitioner challenges Ext.P5 order passed by the District Collector invoking power under the Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The petitioner will have to avail the statutory remedy under the Criminal Procedure Code. Leaving open the said remedy, the writ petition is disposed of.
