JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an Upper Primary School Assistant. THE main prayer in the Writ Petition is to quash Exhibits P3 and P4 orders. A further prayer to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Upper Primary School Assistant is also sought for.

(2.) THE petitioner was appointed as Upper Primary School Assistant initially on daily wage basis during different spells as per Exhibits P1(a) to P1(g) orders. THE re-appointment was made as per Exhibit P2 order.
