JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned Government Pleader has now produced a copy of the order passed pursuant to the judgment non-compliance of which is complained of by the petitioner in the contempt case. THErefore, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order appropriately, this contempt case is closed.
