(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) IT is not in dispute that the petitioners had applied for the post of Staff Nurse (Kozhikode) to the third respondent and a rank list also came to be published on 21.8.2007. According to the petitioners, petitioners 1, 5 and 6, belonging to Ezhava community and petitioners 2 to 4, belonging to Other Backward Community groups, who were eligible for reservation based on the community they belonged, were included in the rank list, but no advice was issued recommending their case. The Original Application before Kerala Administrative Tribunal came to be filed seeking the following reliefs:
