JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is for transfer of O.P. No. 217 of 2012 from the Family Court at Thalassery to the Family Court, Palakkad. That is a petition filed by the respondent against her husband (1st respondent in O.P. No. 217 of 2012) and the petitioner (2nd respondent in O.P. No. 217 of 2012), her father -in -law for recovery of money and other reliefs. The husband of the respondent is working abroad. According to the petitioner, he is aged about 75 years and is a chronic TB patient. He has much difficulty to travel upto Thalassery. In the circumstances the request for transfer.
