JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER is the President of Idukki District Private Bus Operators Association, Thodupuzha. The second petitioner is the Secretary of the said association and both of them are stage carriage operators also. They approached this court seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) ACCORDING to petitioners, there is obstruction by respondents 5 to 7. It is their further case that the issue relates to payment of bonus. It is stated that a small fraction of Bus Operators Association was not amenable to the decision in regard to the quantum of bonus. There was obstruction on 10.9.2012.
