JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner's vehicle has been seized on allegations of violation of the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008, using the vehicle. THE petitioner seeks interim custody of the vehicle pending further proceedings pursuant to the seizure.

(2.) I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:
