JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the Geologist to consider the application for dealer's licence submitted by the petitioner as per Exhibit P6, after hearing the petitioner.

(2.) IT is pointed out in the Writ Petition that Exhibits P1 to P5 are the documents produced by the petitioner along with Exhibit P6; but the respondent has not considered the application, so far.

(3.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far no reply has been given to the petitioner.
