(1.) THE Original Petition (Family Court) is filed mainly with the following prayers :

IN the circumstances of the case, we only dispose of the Original Petition (Family Court) by leaving it open to the petitioner to move the District Judge-in-charge of the Family Court, Kollam in respect of any interim orders and it is for the District Judge-in-charge of the Family Court, Kollam to consider the same and pass orders as are considered advisable in the case.
