JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed u/s 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1154/2021 of Kuthuparamba Police Station. The offences alleged are under Sec. 365 IPC and Sec. 7 read with 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(3.) The prosecution case in short is that on 17/11/2021 while the victim minor boy was returning from attending Madrassa class with his cousins, the petitioner lifted him in his motorcycle and pressed his thighs. Thereupon the victim jumped from the motorcycle and the accused escaped from the scene.
