JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for regular bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 23.12.2020 at about 1.55 p.m. the applicant and the co-accused were found to be in possession of 9.5 litres of Indian Made Foreign Liquor, it was stored in 19 plastic bottles of 500ml each at the public road near Ambika Makeup Junction, Koonayil Paravur.

(3.) The applicant was arrested on the same day and remanded to judicial custody. The applicant had approached the jurisdictional court for bail, which was dismissed and he seeks indulgence of this Court.
