JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for regular bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.547 of 2021 of Kottiyam Police Station, Kollam District, alleging commission of offences under Ss. 450, 354(A)(1)(i), 376, 376 (2)(n) and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 4 read with Sec. 3(a), Sec. 6 read with Sec. 5(1) and Sec. 8 read with Sec. 7 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

(3.) The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape on the minor victim girl, who he befriended through facebook under the false pretext of marriage.
