(2.) The petitioner, who is arraigned as the 3rd accused in Crime No.902/2021 of Palarivattom Police Station, Ernakulam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has preferred this application for his release on bail.

(3.) The petitioner has been in custody since 08.10.2021.
