(2.) The petitioner who is the sole accused in Crime No.132 of 2021 of Cherpulassery Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 450, 346(2)(n), 354A (1)(i), 406 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, has filed this application seeking his release on bail.
