JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for Regular Bail filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.448 of 2021 of Udayamperoor Police Station. The offences alleged against him are punishable under Ss. 308, 324 and 435 read with Sec. 34 of IPC.

(3.) The prosecution case is that the 1st accused who was in inimical terms with the de facto complainant, along with two other accused persons assaulted the de facto complainant on 2/7/2021 at 4 p.m with iron rod, iron stick and a chopper. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11/10/2021.
