JUDGEMENT

(1.) These applications are filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The petitioner in B.A.No.8943 of 2020 is the 1st accused and the petitioners in B.A.No.257 of 2021 are the accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.952 of 2020 of the Pazhayannur Police Station, registered on 12.08.2019, inter alia, under Sections 447, 324 and 308 r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 16.12.2020 at about 5.45 p.m., the petitioners herein trespassed into the residential home of the de facto complainant and attacked him with sticks causing injuries.
