JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.229/2021 of Vazhakkad Police Station, Malappuram District alleging commission of offences under Sections 376(3), 384, 354(i),(ii) and 506(i) of the IPC and Sections 3, 4, 11 (iii), 11(v) r/w Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that the 1st accused had enticed the victim and invited her to the residence of the 4th accused (4th accused is the Aunt of the 1st accused) and there he had engaged in carnal intercourse with the victim and had also taken her nude photographs and had thereafter blackmailed her in every manner possible.
