(2.) The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.24 of 2021 of Paravoor Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 451, 363, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(3.) The petitioner has been in custody since 14.01.2021.
