JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application For Regular BaiL

(2.) On 06.12.2020, at about 6.00 PM, at Thottupalam, in Kannambra, accused Nos. 1 and 2, while they were coming on a motorcycle bearing Reg.No.KL.49/K-4975 from Kannambra towards Kottekkad, the Police party intercepted them and on search, a sword was found tied above the foot rest of the motorcycle. Sword sticks and steel pipes were also recovered.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor admits that the seizure of the weapon is not made in a notified area and it is also submitted that the narcotic drugs which was seized is small quantity and bailable. Under the circumstances, the applicant is not liable to be detained any longer.
