JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for anticipatory bail.

(2.) Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.1147/2021 of Kunnikode Police Station, Kollam district, alleging commission of offence under Sec. 498A r/w. Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The 1st petitioner got married to the de facto complainant on 17/8/2015. The allegation against the petitioners is that they treated the de facto complainant with cruelty and subjected her to mental and physical harassment.
