JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for regular bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 04.01.2021 the applicant was found to be in possession of 30 litres of wash in a plastic can and 20 litres of wash in a plastic drum stored in his house at Chimmathodu in Karinthalam Village and he was arrested on the same day.

(3.) The applicant states that he is innocent and the allegations are not true and that he has been in custody for a fairly long time and hence seeks regular bail.
