JUDGEMENT

(1.) This original petition was filed alleging that the Family Court, Nedumangad is proposing to dispose of OP No.1445/2019 without conducting counselling of the parties. Notice was issued to respondent and the respondent entered appearance. According to the respondent, the petitioner is not co-operating with the disposal of the case and is attempting to drag the case for one reason or other.

(2.) If the Family Court had not conducted counselling, it shall hold counselling session physically or through electronic medium before proceeding further. The Family Court shall also allow the petitioner to appear online if he is not in India for adducing evidence. No other directions are required in the matter. With the above directions, this original petition is disposed of.
