JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for regular bail.

(2.) Petitioners are the accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1612 of 2021 of Thoppumpady Police Station, Kochi registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 511 of 379 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 17/9/2021 at about 11.00 a.m, while the defacto complainant was waiting in the queue for taking outpatient ticket in the Government Hospital, Karuvelipady, these petitioners have attempted to snatch away her gold chain and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.
