JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for regular Bail.

(2.) The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.7 of 2021 of Koratty Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 r/w Section 7 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

(3.) The petitioner has been in custody since 03.01.2021.
