JUDGEMENT

(1.) The parties are present. The respondent's complaint is that, even though this Court has passed an order allowing interaction of the child with the mother from 10 am to 4 pm on every Saturday, the appellant has not complied with the order. Today both the parties are present.

(2.) The child is also present. The child expressed some disinclination to be in the company of the mother. The father has agreed before us that he will drop the child at 10 am tomorrow (2/10/2021) at the residence of the mother and will pick him up by 4 pm. The request for the over night custody sought by the respondent/mother can be considered only after four weeks. The appellant/father shall strictly comply with the above undertaking, failing which he will have to face contempt proceedings.
