(2.) The petitioner is the third accused in the case registered as Crime No.452 of 2021 of the Kottakkal Police Station.

(3.) This is the second application for bail filed by the petitioner before this Court. The earlier application for bail filed by him was dismissed by this Court on 2/11/2021.
