JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application for Pre-arrest Bail.

(2.) Petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 1020 of 2020 of Varandarappilly Police Station, Thrissur registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 451 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 28.12.2019 this petitioner along with the second accused came to the residence of the defacto complainant under the pretext that they came to invite the husband of the defacto complainant for the marriage of this petitioner.
