GOPAKUMAR Vs. STATE OF KERALA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for regular bail has been filed by the sole accused in Crime No. 1313 of 2021 of Anchal Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 294(b), 324 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.

(2.) The prosecution allegation is that on 12/11/2021 at about 1.30 p.m., this petitioner, with the intention to cause the death of the defacto complainant, had attacked him with a sword while he was standing in a junction at Anchal village. He has caused grievous injuries to the defacto complainant and thereby committed the aforesaid offences.

(3.) The petitioner has been in custody since 13/11/2021.
