JUDGEMENT

(1.) This original petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of M.C.No.153/2018 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court -I, Haripad.

(2.) M.C.No.153/2018 has been filed under Sec. 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (in short 'Act').

(3.) In view of the limited prayer sought for in the original petition, a report is called for from the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Haripad. As per the report dtd. 27/9/2021, the learned Magistrate sought for six months' time for the final disposal of M.C.No.153/2018.
