ABDUL SAMMER T. Vs. CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner has completed B. Tech degree course in Electronics and Communication from Government Engineering College, Idukki, affiliated to the Respondent University. In the 3rd semester examination, he failed in the subject "Solid State Devices" and by submitting application along with requisite fee sought its revaluation.

(2.) I heard learned standing counsel appearing for the Respondent University.

(3.) Having regard to the pendency of application for revaluation, it is directed that the revaluation sought for by the Petitioner shall be expedited and completed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks of production of a copy of this judgment, provided the application has been received and is otherwise in order.
