JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner, who was the then President of the Parent Teacher's Association of Govt.Vocational Higher Secondary School, Kulathoor, Neyyattinkara approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider Exhibit P1 representation to sanction Biology and connected Science subjects for study in the said School during the academic year 2004-05 itself.

(2.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far the Government has not considered the request in the light of the local need and therefore the Government may be directed to take a decision on Exhibit P1.
