JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an Assistant Engineer in the Kerala State Electricity Board. While working as Sub Engineer the petitioner was promoted as Assistant Engineer by order dated 03.07.2010. THE same has not yet been implemented on the ground that disciplinary proceedings are pending against the petitioner. It is under the above circumstances the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, there is no basis for the charge sheet issued against the petitioner and the same has been issued without any reason. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings expeditiously.
