JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :-

(2.) Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

(3.) The petitioners are Senior Residents presently carrying out bonded service after completing their super speciality courses from Government Medical Colleges. Petitioners joined super speciality courses in the year 2016-17 under Ext.P1 prospectus. Clause 13.1.3 of Ext.P1 provided that candidates who secure admission for super speciality courses other than in service quota shall perform bonded service for a period of 3 years after completing the course.
