(2.) The petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.28/2019 of Excise Range Office, Thrissur registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 b(ii) (C), 32 (B)(a) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act ('NDPS Act' for short).

(3.) The petitioner has been in custody since 5.10.2019.
