JUDGEMENT

(1.) Writ petition has been filed in 2016 for the following reliefs:

On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr. Surin George Ipe, learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that Mr. Loknath Bahra IPS has been appointed as the Director General of Police and is continuing in the said post. He further submitted that as on today, nothing survives for further adjudication.

(3.) Placing on record the above submission, writ petition is dismissed.
