JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Adv.V.A.Muhammed for petitioner/Vijindas in WPC No.16394 of 2018 and Adv.Abdul Hakhim for petitioner/Sunil Kumar in WPC No.26801 of 2019. Learned Senior Government Pleader Smt.Nisha Bose for Education Department, Adv.Rajit for Printumon/R8 and Sr.Adv.K.Jaju Babu and M.U.Vijayalakshmi for SDVHS School.

The prayers in these two writ petitions though are distinct, the circumstances leading to the filing of respective writ petitions, by and large, are same and the decision in Writ Petition No.26801 of 2019 has bearing on the decision in WPC No.16394 of 2018. Hence the two writ petitions are heard together and disposed of by this common judgment. The writ prayers are as follows: WPC No.16394 of 2018

This Court, for convenience and also for better appreciation of the circumstances leading to the filing of these two writ petitions prefers to chronologically advert to the dates and events leading to the filing of WP(C), thereafter to the extent required for disposing of these writ petitions, refers to the case of contesting parties.
