JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, who is the appellant insurer in M.A.C.A.No.3405 of 2019, has filed this review petition under Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking review of the order of this Court dated 11.11.2019 in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in the said appeal, which reads thus;
